Fresh Produce is grown all around the World and in many cases much of that product is imported to the United States for consumption by consumers all over this country. We at A.M.S Exotic are proud of our record when it comes to working with Growers around the world. Our high level GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) protocols allow us to focus on Food Safety from the very beginning, the storage of Seeds. Yes, that is where it all starts, although we have high protocols for our Growers, we have even higher Food Safety Protocols for the production of our Earth Exotics™ Premium Vegetables. A.M.S Exotic produces product in multiple locations, this allows us to provide product to Supermarket and Restaurant Chains around the United States in a quick and timely fashion, ensuring only the freshest and safest of product at all times.

Our Food Safety Protocols start at the Seed level then move to the Fields where we monitor and manage the Water and Soil content. It is our practice to utilize beneficial pests to help manage and reduce pesticide usage. Our Field Staff is responsible for monitoring product quality, conditions and temperatures of our products once harvested. Once in our processing facilities that product must undergo multiple testing to ensure high quality, safe product. At A.M.S. Exotic we utilize full HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols; these protocols are monitored and measured by outside third party Certification Companies.

A.M.S. Exotic has developed custom designed washing and drying systems made specifically for Baby Vegetables. Our products are properly cleaned and must be verified to be of the highest quality, safe product prior to packaging and shipping.
