Where does the produce come from?
Our produce is grown by growers from around the world, in places such as Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, France, and Holland and of course the United States. All of our produce must be approved by the USDA before entering the United States. All of our growers are approved by our Field Inspection personnel who oversee the Planting, Growing and Harvesting.

How long will it last once I buy it?
Earth Exotics™ Premium Vegetables come with a "Use by Date" on every package. What that means is that our product will retain its quality up to that date, providing it is handled properly once purchased. Once the bag has been opened we recommend sealing the bag closed, if you haven't utilized the entire product at once, this will ensure the products longevity.

How do I handle the product once I have purchased it?

Like all perishable products, maintaining the Cold Chain is critical to its extended life. The ideal temperature to hold these vegetables is between 40-45 degrees. However slightly colder temperatures will not harm the product; just keep them away from the Deep Freeze.
